My overall experience was very good. The associate at the desk had great customer service skills, she was knowledgeable polite and friendly. She offered upgrades without trying to be pushy. Check in and return we're both fast and easy. Only "complaint " would be the price difference upon check in due to taxes fees and insurance. It was quite a bit more than I expected so I would suggest calling to confirm the total price including taxes fees and insurance prior to rental or arrival. I would rent from Enterprise again and would recommend over other rental car companies.
The car was a Toyota Camry SE, very nice car, great gas mileage and very happy with the rental. When I re-turned the car, I was greeted by a gentlemen and he was nice and polite and helpful.
Overall: I would highly recommended this location.

The car was ready and clean, it was the appropriate size and class, and I actually enjoyed driving it more than I thought I would. They don't try to upsell or load on unnecessary additional services. However, one star off this time because it became apparent after we drove off into the heat and humidity that a (probably) recent renter had been smoking in it, and they hadn't managed to get the smell completely out of the car. We have rented from Enterprise a number of times before, and this hasn't happened before, so I assume they thought they had gotten the odor out.

Quick and easy to work with! We ended up needed to extend our rental through the weekend and were able to do so through a simple call. Great rates too! Less than $100 for 3 days.

The young lady behind the counter was, friendly, polite and very nice. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. She explained everything to me, went over the contract and told were my car would be. She was awesome at her job.
