Took just a few minutes to pick-up my car at the airport. To my delight I was given a beautiful Nissan Rogue to drive for vacation. The experience added to the pleasure of my vacation immensely. Highly Recommended!
Counter guy was very helpful and friendly, car was there as expected - mostly clean, full tank, ready to go. My only issue is with the windshield. Seems like all the rental car companies should make sure it's clean inside and out since visibility is crucial to safety. The windshield on my Chevy Sonic was pretty filmy on the inside which messed up visibility especially during the hours when the sun is at a low angle. To make matters a bit worse, the windshield washer fluid was empty - to I couldn't help the outside either. Mostly good, but could be better!
The staff is always so accommodating to ensure I get the car that I need. I always use National when I need a car.

Had to return the first car as it was not running smoothly. Our main confusion/disappointment was that the car keys were not able to be separated. What was the point of giving 2 keys. No logical reason for this. If you lose the ring with the 2 keys attached you automatically get charged for both. Money making for the rental company.
The drop off went very smooth. Was easy to do.
Very pleasant experience. Everything went smoothly without any issues. I wish I could have that satisfied feeling more often in life.
